The Cheshire Cooks cookery school is a converted barn deep in the Cheshire countryside, with floor-to-ceiling windows and state-of-the-art equipment. Courses emphasise hands-on cookery based on inspirational teaching. There are one and two-day courses available, including Fish and Shellfish, Delicious Desserts and One Pot Cookery.
Throughout the day you will eat the dishes you prepare, dining with fellow students around a table (along with a glass or two of wine). All the recipes are presented in a folder that you can take home.
