Paying for high steaks

An Aberdeen butcher has uncov- ered a special cut of Aberdeen Angus beef by using continental- style butchery techniques. The new steak is only available at Andrew Gordon Butchery and Fine Foods and is called the Gordonian Best Steak. The cut is so good that enquiries from around the world have been made as to how it is done and where it has come from. However, Gordon is keeping his fi nd exclusive to his shop and it will be served in his restaurant when it is launched in the near future. www.andrewgordonbutchery.com
