The “Make the Most of Your Roast” leftover campaign encourages consumers to use roast leftovers to make delicious, nutritious but low cost dishes such as curries, pies and soups. “There is so much more to Scotch Beef and


Scotch Lamb than a one-off roast dinner,” said Laurent Vernet, Head of Marketing with Quality Meat Scotland. “Leftover meat from roasts tastes fantastic and can be used for dinners, lunches, light meals or snacks.
