Sheep shifting A Perthshire livestock producer
has become the face of the lat- est chapter of Quality Meat Scotland’s ‘Get Behind the Label’ campaign, which emphasises the Scotch Lamb label’s guarantee of farm assurance, taste and quality. It’s a snap An award-winning catering company has just expanded
into new £40,000 premises in Edinburgh. Ginger Snap has moved from a kitchen run within a barn of the Perthshire home of the parents of managing director, Tania Dixon.
