perfect backdrop to the town’s annual Dorset Seafood Festival. Over 80 stalls, mouth- watering seafood menus, celebrity chef demonstrations, Pommeroy champagne, local ales and a fabulous atmosphere.

Beach Motocross Beach Rugby
Seasonal Events Spring, autumn and winter Weymouth and Portland loves to party with a wonderful seasonal event, bursting with excitement and good spirits, the madness of Motocross, Funfair and Fireworks on Nov 5th, and Chase the Pudding on Weymouth Beach, the brave Christmas Day Harbour Swim. Weymouth Carnival Day and Fireworks - 21st August Weymouth’s famous Charity Carnival is the biggest celebration of the year, 12 hours of entertainment, displays and fun. Highlights include the aerial displays, major Carnival procession with wonderful costumes, floats and themes and a magnificent Carnival Firework Display in Weymouth Bay. Supporting events include the RAF Town Show and seafront live music and attractions.
