elcome to the East Renfrewshire Sports brochure for January – April


2013. We offer a wide range of activities for everyone from pre-school children to adults so there is sure to be something to keep you active. Have a look at our guide, pick your activities, get booking and enjoy a fit and healthy lifestyle. Please note courses can be booked onto at any point during the block subject to availability. The course will be charged on a pro rata basis.


HOW TO BOOK


Call 0141 577 3008 (debit/credit cards) Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm 2% surcharge applied to credit card payments only.


To book swimming, action zone and fitness classes contact the relevant sports centre. Please have a note of reference numbers when booking.


OTHER PAYMENT METHODS Payment can also be made by cash or cheque at:


Eastwood Park Council HQ Monday – Friday 8.45am – 4.45pm


Barrhead Main Street HQ Monday – Friday 8.45am – 4.45pm


REFUNDS Please note the payment is made for


the whole block. In the event that you withdraw from or fail to complete the block there is no entitlement to a refund.


HOLIDAY DATES No classes will run on these dates:


Monday 11 and Tuesday 12 February


OTHER INFORMATION Participants may be photographed


and these photographs used in future Council publicity. If you do not wish your child’s photograph taken, please tell us at the time of booking. Occasionally coaches may collate basic information from fun based skills circuits to help improve participant’s skills, technique and monitor their progress. Please note this information is destroyed at the end of each block. If you do not wish for your child to be included in this please inform the coach.


BLOCK BOOKINGS All customers are asked to book


classes in advance of the block starting. If booking and payment is not received prior to the block commencing, participants will not be allowed to attend.


If booking and payment is made on the day of the class, after 4pm, customers will receive a reference number that has to be given to the coach.


SWIMMING If payment due has not been met by


the priority booking date, this space will automatically be offered to the next customer.
