As in other years, the championship hangs in the balance again in 2012, and the TONIK team driver Warren Haywood and co-driver Jennifer Daly will balance risk and reward with the goal of a strong finish and another PGT title.

Profile: Te team was launched in 2010 with a single car effort driven by Andrew Kulikowski and co-driven by Gary Sutherland. Since then both members have progressed substantially and in 2012 the team welcomed its newest addition, a second car helmed by none other than Gary Sutherland. Andrew will be piloting the original Juggernaut Motorsports car through the stages at Tall Pines this year. Tough it is his third time at Tall Pines, he has yet to finish the event. Nevertheless, much is expected of Andrew as he finished second overall at the Black Bear Regional Rally earlier

Profile: Tis 2000 Ford Focus ZX3, driven by Gary Sutherland and co-driven by Yevgeniy Gospodinov, is the second car to join the Jugger- naut Motorsports team. Gary and Andrew have spent hundreds of hours building this standard street car into a fully prepped rally machine. Gary and Yevgeniy already have three rallies under their belts, one mechanical DNF and two- second place Group 2 finishes. Tey are very ex- cited to take on their first rally of the Tall Pines!

Profile: Ugo Desgreniers won the 2010 Cana- dian Novice Championship and followed that up with a fifth overall finish in the Canadian rally championship in 2011. Te highlight of his 2012 season has been a third overall finish at the New England Forest Rally, part of the Rally America Championship. Te 2012 Tall Pines will be the fourth event for the team and they want to improve upon their career best fourth in 2011.

Started rallying in 1995 in a 1978 Austin Mini & competed right up to TPR2000 in this same Toyota! Took a ten year break and returned in the 2010 TPR & have competed in a few re- gional events since. TPR is always a chance to meet up with old friends and have a good time!

Driver: Hardy Schmidke, Cochrane, AB Co-driver: John Hall, Sherwood Park, AB Car: 2005 Mitsubishi RKT EVO IX Profile: Te three time, and current points leader, in the Western Canadian Rally Champion is re- turning to the Rally of the Tall Pines for the fourth time. Te three past appearances have proven to be unlucky for Schmidke and Hall with three DNFs. In 2012, after three successful years working together, they are poised to turn that luck around. Schmidke and Hall will be pi- loting a 2005 EVO IX that was built by the New York-based RKT Motors and are receiving sup- port from Montreal-based Swapshop for the Canadian Rally Championship. In addition to the CRC Hall is also competing in the Rally America series with a US based team.
