WOODSIDE ANIMAL WELFARE TRUST
Woodside Animal Welfare Trust have many lovely animals looking for homes. Please contact the shelter on 01752 347503 for more details. Our animals are neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, flea treated and wormed.
Paris is a female cat who is 4 years old and she has been at the shelter since May. She came into our care after she became stressed with the cat company she had in her previous home. She would prefer to be the only cat in a home and loves being outdoors enjoying the fresh air.
Churchill is a lovely male cat. He has been at the shelter a while and is friendly, though he takes a little while to get to know you. He likes to wander around the cattery whilst his pen is cleaned and especially enjoys nipping round the corner to play ball with the kittens. He would make a super pet for an adult home as he has plenty of character.
Churchill
Pebbles is a 5 year old ginger cat who is used to living indoors and is housetrained. Pebbles has lived with another cat and could possibly do so again, preferably in a quiet home.
Sooty
Sooty is a 6 year old female cat who has been with us a long time and always seems to be overlooked by visitors. The staff are very fond of her as she has a sweet and affectionate nature. She is good with other cats and is housetrained. We would be delighted for her to get a loving home and the attention and cuddles she adores.
Horatio is a 10 year old cat who would love a home of his own. He came to the shelter as a stray and has had quite a hard life. He is a lovely cat who loves attention.
Olly
Olly is a grey and white male cat who was abandoned at our door in poor condition. He was treated straight away as his skin was raw due to an untreated flea allergy. He is now doing well and is a gentle and handsome cat who deserves a good home.

Lexi
Lexi is a female Rhodesian Ridgeback. She was mistreated prior to her arrival at the shelter and can be quite a sensitive girl. She has a lovely, loyal and gentle nature and is a firm friend once she feels she can trust you. She enjoys her walks and is clean in the kennels here. She is fine with other dogs out and about but would not be suitable to live with one as she likes her own space. She would benefit from an experienced, patient, adult home.
Millie
Millie is a proper “piggy” type SBT. She is very people friendly and lots of fun. She adores playing in the field with her toys and going for walks in the woods. She prefers human company to that of other dogs so would need to be the only pet in the home, no cats. She would suit an active home.
Star is a 2 year old white GSD. She is a striking dog who has lots of energy and is intelligent. She is quite responsive and would be ideal for an experienced, adult, shepherd home
Star 8
Narla is a rotti x staffi. She is 4 years old and is good with some dogs. She would be suited to a home with older children only due to her size. She is housetrained and knows her general commands. She has a lovely nature and is great fun.
