Recommendations  The city needs to work on its Power requirement and up it to at least 4 on a scale of 5.


 The city’s traffic will drastically reduce, if they use more of public transports  Global investors and MNCs can still reap benefit from the city by investing and a setting up their companies, factories, and offices.


 Corporate should come forward and invest their CSR budgets in the city’s infrastructure development and give something back to the city they are operating in.


 According to the study there is a strong potential for the IT & education sector in Pune followed by Real estate industry, hence the city needs to be promoted in the global markets to attract potential investors to develop the city in future.
