According to the survey the city gets moderate level of power supply, there is a lot of room for improvement on this aspect. The city roads seems to be quite ok and of average quality. When it comes to the safety and security in the city a majority them are of the opinion that the city is moderately safe.


The study indicates that most of the city dwellers majority of them uses small vehicles making the city’s roads congested.


The study also shows that the city has a very high potential for further growth, and is not yet saturated.


According to a majority of the responders the Global corporations / MNCs are not contributing back to the city through their CSR budgets.


Most of the city dwellers were migrants from other parts of the country, a majority of them have migrated post year 2000 to pursue higher studies and to seek employments.


The IT / ITES sector and Education Sector ranked number one to be the top most sectors which Pune will attract followed by the Education sector. The Automobile and Real Estate sectors are the next most important sectors followed by the Manufacturing & Retail sectors, which will see Pune as a good destination. Apart from the above Pune will also attract business from food processing, tourism and other sectors as well.
