started the now world famous arcade in 1952 with his brother John as The Weirs Sports Center, a small arcade with an in- door mini-golf above Tarl- son’s Arcade on Lakeside Ave in Weirs Beach, will be cutting the ribbon. Bob is still the owner
and general manager of what is now, according to the Guinness Book Of World Records, the larg- est Arcade in the World. John Lawton passed away in 2003. “I can’t believe that it’s
been sixty years already,” said Lawton. “I started when I was 21 and I have to admit there has never been a day in all that time that I have ever regretted any of it. I’d like to take the time to thank the thousands of families and the many generations who have visited Fun- spot over the years and made it the success it is today.” Bob Lawton and the

Family Entertain- ment Super Center is located on Route 3 in Weirs Beach, NH. The 60,000 square foot center features over 500
