The question is: are you listening? More importantly, what are you spending your time listening to & is it worth it?!? Habit often dictates our self-talk & this causes our perpetuation of the past, often limited & no longer appropriate, & an ineffective strategy for where we aspire to be. It is the nature of the mind to seek new
ideas. Left unattended it can wander aimlessly or recycle previous dialogue just to keep itself occupied. The condition & health of the body are psychosomatically inseparable from the condition & health of the mind.
