Madam I’m Adam I’m built self-reflecting I’m forwards and backwards At much the same time

It’s not that I’m retro Or proto-contempo I’m not evo-devo But self-referentio Explaining the issue Takes quite a long rhyme

So why should you talk to me Say you will walk with me What will you gain from me Learning through mime?

I’ll teach you to mirror you Show you the inner you Bouncing thoughts back to you All on my dime

And while so we’re doing We’re each other viewing Anything I can see Anything you can see In a new symmetry Both yours and mine

Madam I’m Adam.

Dreams

In dreams the brain must have its way It leaves behind the everyday The mundane of our lives

In reverie the mind escapes Sensation‟s gamut, that which makes Us know the world outside

Ours dreams are strange, now outside‟s in; Without sensation, memories spin Odd fables in our minds;

For mem‟ries stray far from the facts The outcomes therefore inexact, Bizarre, fantastic, but not true The nightly puzzle we pass through The other-life that we go to When brains go out to play.
