Competition!

It’s competition time again guys. The very nice, & dare I say, polite people of the Polite Company, who have produced a box-set of postcards for John Squire’s recent exhibition have very kindly donated one of these box-sets for the winner of this competition!

And it’s a good old “spot the difference”! On the left is John’s classic picture, “Sugar”, a detail of which was used for the sleeve of The Stone Roses track, “She Bangs The Drums”. To the right is a version I’ve doctored using good old Microsoft Paint! There are 10 differences. Circle all 10, or as many as you can find, and send this page, or a photocopy of it, along with your name and address to – John Squire Competition, Square Magazine, 2 Richmond House, Richmond Road, Cardiff, CF24 3AR. Closing date for entries – 31 September. The winner will be picked at random and informed shortly afterwards, as well as being mentioned in the next issue.
