we are in flight but if you look down you can see us in the puddles too, if you choose we are in flight whilst the rest of the world goes on submitting to gravity we are in flight sprinkling sleep on the battered housewife the frightened child we are in flight drawing the wise men away from their star guiding the drunken sailor back to shore, the lost dog home we are in flight where the forest chews the sky we are in flight where the trees climb into the earth we are in flight away from the glare of shop windows, the strip bar neon out of the politicians narrow vision, just beyond the horizon we are in flight now and will continue to be in flight until flying becomes unnecessary and landing possible
