Marquee Weddings


The Roxburghe Hotel is a family house dating back 10 generations, and the Bride and Groom who celebrate their special day with us will truly appreciate the unique nature of this beautiful venue.


We respect that the now public rooms were intimate, family areas, and


although they are generously spacious, we will never be insincere to this principle by overpopulating the main house.


We also appreciate that the Roxburghe has always been a home open to all, and enjoyed by many, so for weddings larger than 64, a White New Century marquee with American Redwood flooring, ivory pleated lining


and swags, double glazed doors, heating and eight arm chandeliers is the perfect solution.


The Bride and Groom who wish to have a large number present for the entire day can hold their ceremony and meal in the Marquee, as well as enjoying exclusivity of the Main House throughout the day. The marquee will be situated on the lawn, surrounded by the gardens and looking onto the grand entrance of the Roxburghe.


Should you just wish to invite additional guests for the evening reception; a dancing marquee can be attached to the side of the hotel, where guests can enjoy the frivolities with an evening buffet.
