International Women’s Day Celebration in Estero G
ather The Women, Circle Connections and Happe- hatchee Center will host an Inter- national Women’s Day (IWD) cel- ebration from 7 to 9 p.m., March 8, at the Happehatchee Center, in Estero. The event is open to all who want to celebrate and connect to the global women’s movement.
“We will celebrate with music, dance and stories from the United Nations 56th session of the Commission on the Status of Women meeting in New York that ends on March 9,” says Ann Smith, co-founder of Circle Connections.
International Women’s Day
IWD started in New York City in 1908, with a legion of 15,000 women marching through the streets demanding shorter hours, better pay and voting rights. Five years later, March 8 became the official international day for celebrating women’s achievements around the world.

otivated by his wife’s debilitat- ing rheumatoid arthritis and os- teoporosis, Naples-based biological dentist William Lovett, DDS, began studying research on calcium from leading worldwide universities. He achieved his goal—developing the proper combination and dose of minerals and vitamins for maximum absorption by the body—with BTB, a bioavailable supplement formula of vitamins and calcium, designed to

help his wife and patients maintain and improve bone density to guard against osteoporosis, tooth decay and other calcium- deficient disease.
“The chewable formula is made with only the purest of FDA-grade, 100-percent elemental forms of vitamins and cal- cium, because it’s the only form the body can absorb,” advises Lovett. “There is quick and complete absorption of nutrients through the teeth, gums, saliva and digestive system.” BTB has undergone an independent pharmacy study and is available online or in Lovett’s office.
