This 10 acre site holds plants of all sizes fromalpines to specimen trees and everything in between. Customers are encouraged to


visit the nursery and tag plants, which will then be collated together and delivered at a convenient time for yourself. Plants can also be selected and


taken with you at the time of purchase. Quotes are welcome and if plants are not on site they can be sourced for you. Wyevale East Nurseries are


activemembers ofmany industry trade bodies including British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI), Association of Professional Landscapers (APL) and Society of Garden Designers (SGD). Attendingmany seminars and regionalmeetings allows their staff to keep up to datewithwhat is going on in the designer and landscape section of the industry. Together with attending


various seminars,Wyevale East Nurseries are sponsors of the Society of Garden Designers Spring Conference 2012 being held at the Imperial College London on April 28. industry bodies,Wyevale East Nurseries believe in helping to educate horticultural students who will be the designers, landscapers and plant buyers of the future by attending employment days and giving many talks at colleges such as Writtle, Hadlow and Sparsholt. Horticultural Society (RHS) Wyevale East Nurseries established and launched the Student Design & Build Award in 2010 aimed at all students undertaking horticultural design courses from level 3 or equivalent courses through toMasters Degrees. The Student Design & Build Award is judged each year by Chris Young, Editor of the RHS’s The Garden magazine, Christine Parsons of Hallam Garden Design and Nursery Director RichardMcKenna. The winners selected each year have the opportunity to design and build their winning garden at Hampton Court Palace Flower Show the following year in the small garden category. Now in its second year the challenge ahead for SusanWillmott and Adele Ford, joint designers of ‘Coastal Drift’ is just starting. In the Award’s initial launch year the winning design ‘Wild in The City’ designed by Charlotte Murrell won a prestigious silver gilt medal at Hampton Court
