Speck Illumination Physics

The ambient temperature and the heat build-up on a building façade due to solar gain, often produces an environ- ment that is harmful to LED technology. Illumination Physics high temperature specks are available in numerous sizes configurations for surface mount- ing or recessed installation. The solid aluminium body is a heat sink for either Philips REBEL for Cree high powered LEDs. Each unit has the ability to oper- ate at temperatures of over 75oC. The keys to this lie in the management of the LEDs and the Illumination Driver and control system. www.illuminationphysics.com

Toshiba E-Core LED Weatherproof

LED Weatherproof is the new IP65 weatherproof batten from Toshiba. Featuring the Toshiba integrated LED Tube, this weatherproof fitting is designed to replace 36W T8 weather- proof battens with low energy, long life LED to help reduce electricity and maintenance costs. With 40,000 hours life, the fixture will significantly reduce costly maintenance and lamp replace- ment charges by lasting four times longer that standard fluorescent lamp systems. www.toshiba.co.jp

Skiff Modular

Nextrema Trilux

Nextrema is an especially tough IP66 rated industry luminaire for use under extreme conditions. With latest LED technology, Nextrema guarantees an above-average operating life and offers a luminaire luminous flux of 4,000 lm at around 73 lm/W. The HF sensor variant of the luminaire achieves additional energy savings of up to 35%. At the re- quired levels of brightness or when no- body is present, the luminaire switches off or dims down to a level set by the user. The robust luminaire is ready for immediate start-up even with extreme temperatures of -25°C to +35°C . www.trilux.co.uk

Monochrome Tube Traxon
