There is something special in being with God in nature, away from TV and phones. Evenglow is an opportunity to do just that. You will fi nd a balance between free time and group events, which allows both for those who enjoy some solitude and those who thrive on being with others. Group activities include Bible study, fun and games, vespers, campfi res and getting to know each other. Led by Debbie Deneke.

BALL AND MALL BASEBALL CAMP 2012 Camp # Dates Grades Cost S401 6/5-6/9
7-13 $400
For 11 years Jesus and baseball have intersected in this unique off-site camping experience for youth who are entering grades 7-13. The campers will meet in St. Louis on June 5th, then travel to the Field of Dreams in Dyersville, IA. They will catch a White Sox game on the 6th, Brewers on the 7th and head to the Mall of America on the 8, with a Twins game thrown in. On the 9th, they will end their baseball adventure in Kansas City. Cost for the camp is $400, which includes transportation, tickets and parking, lodging and some meals. Led by Jeannie Martin Webb.
COLORADO BACKPACKING Camp # Dates Grades Cost S402 7/15-7/22 10th-13th $460
Colorado Backpacking Camp is a true mountain top experience! Campers will get away from civilization high up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado! This exciting week will give campers a chance to challenge themselves spiritually, emotionally and physically. Experiences include: visiting Garden of the Gods, a half-day white water rafting trip, backpacking for 4 days at altitudes of 11,000 ft. and higher, and devotional time seeking God and connecting with one another. Campers must have sturdy hiking boots and a lightweight sleeping bag. Other equipment is provided. Campers meet in Kansas City on Sunday evening and travel by van overnight to Colorado. Good physical condition is necessary to fully enjoy this active week! Led by Kimberly Hoover.

• Register online by May 15 and receive a $25 Early Bird discount.

• Registration deadline is two weeks prior to the event unless otherwise indicated. There is a non-refundable $50 fee for cancelled registrations unless you transfer the registration to another camp.
• Register online at

• Register by event number and event name. The grade level of the event corresponds to the grade that the camper will be entering in the fall of 2012. Please remember to include all campers’ shirt sizes.
• It is required that a health form and registration form be fi lled out for every camper (parent and/or child) registering for camp. This is required at time of registration.
• Please be sure to include full church name.
• If you do not have online access to register, you may contact our office to register by phone or you can mail in your registration.
• Payment is due at time of registration.
• Please note: to save trees, much of our correspondence is via e-mail (confirmations, notes from Event Directors, etc...). If you prefer to receive regular mail, please indicate on your registration in the notes section.
• Camp fees must be paid in full or with a voucher at the time of registration.
• If a camper is sent home for failing to fulfill the camper covenant, the camp fee will not be refunded.
