Join us for an exciting camp where together we’ll discover how to shine brightly for Jesus! This four day camp will have a Yuk Nite, full of messy games, an outdoor Movie Nite and a Campfi re Nite with s’mores, singing and worship. We will take advantage of the incredible swimming, canoeing and challenge course that Jo-Ota offers daily. Most importantly we will challenge the kids to “Shine, Shine, Shine Your Light”! New camp this year led by Lynae McFarland.

We will camp out in tents at our Pioneer area, cook some of our meals over the open fi re, paddle boat and canoe, and do some awesome outdoor camp activi- ties. Most of all we will commune with God and learn more about him doing Bible study around the fi re. Led by Mike Rich and Jonah Krueger.

ROCKET CAMP – “Faith Launch 2012”. Blast off on a faith adventure at Rocket Camp. As campers build, launch, and recover their own rockets they will discover how faith in Jesus Christ is the launching pad of a fruitful Christian life. Throw in all the other camp activities like swimming, canoeing, talent show, campfi res and the mud pit and you will discover that Rocket Camp is a Blast! Led by Eric Andersen.

Love to read? Return to Narnia, brings God and the Fantasy World together through the study of the popular book series by C.S. Lewis; The Chronicles of Narnia. Find yourself being magically whisked away into the land of Narnia like the Pevensie’s; discover a whole new world where God holds a powerful part. We will be reading, Prince Caspian: The Return to Narnia as we explore our faith with Bible study, and remind ourselves of the presence of God. We will praise of the Lord while enjoying the wilderness; swimming, hiking, canoeing, playing games, making crafts, and working together on the obstacle course, as well as enjoy each other’s talents and the love of books as we make this journey into Narnia and the word of God. Led by Kara Overly.
