First Family Entertainment and The Bristol Hippodrome are thrilled to announce the biggest pantomime cast to date. Global mega-star DAVID HASSELHOFF will be playing Captain Hook in PETER PAN. DAVID HASSELHOFF, best known for the iconic roles of Michael Knight in Knight Rider and Mitch Buchanan in the most watched TV show in history, Baywatch and currently appearing as a judge in Britain’s Got Talent, will be starring in the swashbuckling family pantomime PETER PAN from Saturday 10 December 2011. David Hasselhoff said: " I am so delighted to be returning to the


role of Captain Hook, I had a blast last year in Wimbledon. I’ve been spending a great deal of time in the UK, it feels like my second home and I can’t wait to spend Christmas with the people of Bristol. A new take on an age-old tale


The Tobacco Factory Theatre joins forces with the acclaimed theatre company Travelling Light to create a sparkling Christmas delight for all the family in this brand new version of a classic fairytale. With their quirky visual style, crystal‐clear


story telling, original live music and pitch‐perfect enemble acting, director Sally Cookson and team bring this classic tale startlingly and imagitively to life. The talented team will put their unique stamp on a family favourite for many generations, drawing from some of the more original interpretations from throughout history. Music will play an enormous role in bringing


the story to life and the talented Benji Bower will be composing and playing live with his band; serenading the audience with a unique, evocative, gypsy‐folk style sound track. Katie

Bigging up Robinson Crusoe in Cardiff


Christopher Biggins and Paul Zerdin are the stars of this year’s New Theatre pantomime. Christopher Biggins, who has enjoyed a hugely-successful career in television, film and theatre, will take on the role of Mrs Crusoe, Robinson Crusoe’s mother. Christopher’s countless television appearances include being crowned King of the Jungle on ITV’s I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!, winner of Celebrity Come Dine with Me on Channel 4 as well as making regular appearances on Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway. He has recently appeared in the film adaptation of the stage play Run For Your Wife, which is due for release in the UK in Spring 2012. With more than three million hits on


YouTube and guest appearances on ITV1’s Comedy Rocks and two Royal Variety Performance, Paul Zerdin has made ventril- oquism ‘cool’ again! Paul Zerdin, who plays the title role of Robinson Crusoe, is without doubt the country’s top ventriloquist. At the age of 20 he landed a job as presenter on GMTV’s children’s programme Rise and Shine. Some years later Paul won ITV’s nationwide The Big Big Talent Show. His many television
