Anniversary of Pride Celebrations in Palm Springs The most scenic pride parade in the world!


SUNDAY, November 6 Parade Step Off at 10:00 am


Parade Route


Starts at W. Ramon Rd. and travels one mile north along Palm Canyon Drive to Alejo Road (The Route officially ends at W. Alejo Road and N. Palm Canyon Drive.)


Known for its crystal blue skies, year-round sunshine, stunning landscape, palm tree lined streets and starry nights the City of Palm Springs comes alive during the annual pride celebration. Rainbow flags and glitter will fill the streets as the ever present Mount San Jacinto Mountains star in the most scenic pride parade in the world. The downtown parade steps off at 10am and travels north from E. Ramon Rd. along historic Palm Canyon Drive.


Be a part of the parade and see for yourself who will best incorporate the 2011 Theme “Justice Today. Equality Forever!” in their parade contingent. Join your friends and family and have fun selecting the best community organization entry, the best float and the most outrageous and creative marching contingent.


Four Reviewing Stands!


Enjoy Emcee commentary as parade contingents move along Palm Canyon Drive and pass by official reviewing stands.


t Pride Nation (PNN) will be in front of Hyatt Regency Suites Palm Springs near E. Amado Road.


t The Deaf Pride reviewing stand will be adjacent to the PNN reviewing stand on Amado Rd. and feature American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation.


t KNEWS will be at the intersection of N. Palm Canyon and W. Tahquitz Canyon Way.


t U92.7 will be located across the street from Hamburger Mary’s.
