We are looking for enthusiastic and proud owners who think that their business stands out from the competition and has something special to offer for the price that visitors are charged.
This series will now not only feature a wide range of B&Bs but also small hotels. They’ll all be run by owners who are deeply committed to their business and can explain in a
your contract) and make sure you have copies of your correspondence and that everything is sent recorded delivery.
You can find standard formats for letters on various websites, but if all the numbers and dates are in the letter you need write very little apart from the wish to cancel the contract on the due date. This then has to be sent to arrive before the two months deadline from the post office by Accuse de Reception (recorded delivery). If the letter is sent without being recorded, it will not be acted upon.
e are casting for a new series of Channel 4’s popular ‘Four in a Bed’, celebrating the great Bed and
lively and engaging way why their place, and the area in which it’s located, is so good to visit.
Each week, four places will compete against one another to be crowned that week’s best B&B or small hotel… and the judges of the competition will be the owners themselves – as they will each visit one another’s properties.
This is a potentially brilliant opportunity for owners to showcase their business on national television and highlight why customers should flock to visit them. If you are interested in potentially appearing in the programme and/or have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me at
fourinabed@studiolambert.com . We are looking to film in France in December.

Note from Editor – a further point – if you are cancelling two contracts at the same time (maybe two cars) – make sure your letter for each cancellation is sent in its own recorded delivery envelope. I have heard of two letters being sent and only one acknowledged and there is no way of proving the recorded envelope contained two letters! Had any similar experiences? Do let us know.
