…Suzanne Stettinius of Parkton for winning the NORCECA Modern Pentathlon Champi- onship in Guadalajara, Mexico on June 24. She also earned a silver medal at the U.S. National Pentathlon Championships held in Colorado Springs last month. Suzanne also placed 18th at the U.S. World Cup Women’s Finals this past February and is on her way to qualifying for the 2012 Olympic Games in London. …writer Sasscer Hill, whose book “Full Mortal- ity” was nominated for a Macavity Award.
