Custom Built
Mark and Roberta Spooner’s home at Vaughn’s Landing was custom built by Eagle River Construction. It was designed by DiVito & Associates from Northern Virginia. The Spooners described Chet as attentive, available, and involved in ways that impacted positively on the project. details. Some were part of the plan and some were added. There were obviously many discussions to get to the crisp, fine and elegant result.
Asked how they would describe their working relationship with Eagle River Construction, Mark Spooner said, “Our project was for a custom home
that required a high-quality, reputable contractor. Chet Williamson and his company met all our expectations. The construction was not only excellent and on time, but Chet and his crew were very honest and a pleasure to deal with. In fact, Chet and his wife have become personal friends of ours.”
