Gloucester trio Orchid Fever are deserving winners of this month’s competition to win an amazing Vintage V6 guitar, courtesy of JHS Ltd. The band, which features lead vocalist and Naomi Hill on bass and vocals, Olli Smith on guitar and vocals and drummer Alex Talwar, has been going for almost three years and have managed to rack up an impressive amount of live gigs in a relatively short time. The band has even recorded a debut album called Baptism of Fever with Robert Plant collaborator John David! Guitarist Olli Smith says that the band deserve to win a Vintage V6 guitar because… “We think that Vintage are great playing, well made guitars. We are often plagued by equipment failure and knackered old gear, and winning one of these would be truly amazing!” www.myspace.com/orchidfevermusic
