The Vaccines sign on with Rotosound Strings


London indie rockers The Vaccines recently announced an endorsement deal with Rotosound Strings. The band celebrated the release of their debut album What Did you Expect from The Vaccines on Columbia Records and were recently nominated for an MTV Best New band Award. The band is currently on tour in Europe and will return to the UK to play the Canterbury Lounge on the Farm Festival on July 8. PM


New basses on the block


AC Guitars has announced a new line of handmade production basses called the Graft series, aimed at bringing hand made instruments into a more accessible price point. Starting from £685.00 the Graft Series basses are handcrafted by Scottish builder Alan Cringean, the line includes five different body shapes constructed from Alder, three-piece Maple necks with an asymmetric profile and top-notch hardware and electronics from East, Hipshot and Gotoh.
