OUR FOUNDATION
strives to make up the shortfall between the services our community needs and the financial reimbursement
we receive. We do so in a number of innovative ways, ranging from
grants to contributions to fundraising events. Our foundation is
guided by a volunteer
board and aims to raise funding to allow our Healthcenter to offer the best possible care
in the place we love most.
