CMH ended its fiscal year with a positive bottom line—a very narrow operating margin of .05%! It was a challenging year, but this makes 55 of 56 years of operation in which CMH has ended its fiscal year in the black.

All profits go right back into the operation of the hospital to maintain the

facility and update equipment and technology—all to continue our clear and constant purpose of providing the highest quality care to our community.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE HEALTHCENTER AND THE FOUNDATION?

OUR HEALTHCENTER offers a number of services for the benefit of people in our community. Our purpose and focus are on delivering the highest level of care for the people we serve. The patients we serve at CMH are representative of our community… some can afford to pay, some cannot. Some of our patients have private insurance, others depend on government programs. The goal of the health practitioner is to bring comfort and healing to patients. The goal of the administrator at the Healthcenter is to find more modern and better ways to help doctors, nurses and practitioners do this critical job.
