Retiring Executive Board members were


honored by their fellow AAC Directors at the last board meeting of 2010. From left are: (Seated) Pat Dicker, who served as a Pulaski County Justice of the Peace; Jo West Taylor, who was Garland County Treasurer; (Standing) Vicki Rima, who was Garland County Circuit Clerk; Doris Tate, who served as Sebastian County Clerk; and Larry Fratesi, who was the Jefferson County Assessor. Tears were shed as board members and staff thanked the retiring members for their service and wished them well in their post-elected- official roles. They also received nice plaques commemorating their service on behalf of county government in Arkansas.


The Southeast Arkansas Planning and Development District
