With American Land American LandLease, Inc. aClearwater, Florida-basedreal
estate investment trust, announced that it has signed a defini- tivemerger agreement under which affiliates of Green Courte Partners, LLC, a Chicago-based private equity investment firm, will acquireANL for a cash purchase price of $14.20 per share in a transaction valued at approximately $438million, includ- ing assumption of debt and preferred stock. The two-step acquisition will be effected bymeans of a
cash tender offer by Green Courte Partners for all of the out- standing shares ofANL’s common stock, at $14.20 per share in cash, followed by a second-step, cash-out merger in which ANL shares not acquiredin the offerwillbe convertedinto the right to receive the same cash price per share.

Alliance with Alatus Central Parking Systemannounced that it has been select-
ed by Alatus LLC and has entered into a strategic alliance to operate Alatus’Minneapolis parking portfolio. The five prop- erties are comprised of four fully-automated,multi-level park- ing facilities and one property consisting of a large surface lot. The portfolio includes the Centre Village Ramp, Gateway
Ramp, Downtown East Ramp, Seven Corners Ramp and Orpheum Ramada lots, which encompasses a total of 4,300
