Central Parking Announces Retirement of CEO Eads Emanuel Eads has retired as Pres-


ident and Chief Executive Officer of Central Parking Corp. He joined the company in 1974, and served as Presi- dent and CEO since 2005. His retire- ment marks the conclusion of a transi- tion plan that Eads devised with the company’s owners – Kohlberg & Co., VersaCapital and Lubert-Adler – at the time of their purchase of Central Park- ing inMay 2007. Eads stated: “More than just the
