INDULGENCES outrageous by jizzona straynger It’s that time of year, you know, to put a little “ho” in your holidays. Any of you single man

meat out there finding yourself cold and hungry? If you know what I mean, look me up! I promise you won’t even have to buy me dinner first. As we near the end of 2010, I wanted to throw out there how much each of you that read my dribble means to me. I love all the e-mails and Facebook comments and messages. I’ve met some really amazing people over the last year in Orange County, Long Beach and Los Angeles.

It is my hope to continue to be your

guide to all that is hot and what’s not, along with a bit of my sass. As I mentioned last month, November was the month the good Lord brought a special

gift to earth. For those of you who’ve met me in person, you know my hair really is that big and has gotten bigger with age. I spent a whole week celebrating my birthday. I know, those people who seem to think they deserve a “Birthday Week” or a “Birthday Month” really work my reserve nerve, but this year I really felt I deserved it. After all it’s my last birthday in my 20’s. I started off the festivities with what was supposed to be a quiet night in my hotel room in Atlanta with my training partner. However, three large pizzas, two bottles of Seagram’s finest vodka (cuz I’m klassy like that), and 15 other passer-byes who dropped in, we had one heck of a night. Being the only official homo in training out in Atlanta, I must say I think I did really well bridging the gap to the hetero world. We had a hoot and a holler that night I must say. The next official event for my birthday week was an afternoon of fun in the sun at Disney- land with some fabulous friends from San Diego and WeHo. Of course, being the celebration that it was, after I got my birthday pin and picture taken in front of the beautiful Christmas tree in California Adventure, we ended up at our favorite Disney hangout, Ariel’s Grotto. After four Black Pearls, a Jizzona favorite, kids aren’t so annoying. Later that night, I was honored in Huntington Beach at Metro Q’s all new Starlette Review Drag Show by Long Beach’s favorite drag superstar, Jewels. It was a great show with new talent from Long Beach and Hollywood. A must if you’ve never checked it out! Plus the food at the Q is amazing! The highlight of my birthday week was a surprise party hosted by Ibiza Bar and Nightclub

followed by the shockingly entertaining, extremely racist and pee-your-pants comedy of Lisa Lampanelli at Club Nokia. Along with my toe mitten socks, and more Vodka Diets, or as Lampanelli would say, “Skinny Black Bitch,” than any drag queen should be allowed to have in one night, I brought my birthday of 2010 to end with one really nasty hangover. It’s true what they say, I’m no spring chicken; it takes a little longer to recover from multiple nights out in one week! I think I’ll let my liver rest until next year. Good thing that’s only four weeks away! With the holidays on us like white on rice, I look forward to many “holiday” party invitations

this year! For those of you in the Los Angeles area, be sure to visit The Abbey for some amazing talent booked for the month of December! My favorite pick would have to be the styling of Candis Cayne, only because her name reminds me of a Christmas favorite, the candy cane. Before you head over and check her Monday performances, stop in over at Bossa Nova Brazil- ian Cuisine across the street. Tell them Jizzona sent you over. For the theatre buffs, The La Mirada will be featuring Moscow Ballet’s Great Russian Nut-

cracker on Sunday, December 19. Two shows only…so get your tickets now! For New Years, I’m looking forward to a lovely concert with the lovely, fellow Oklahoman,

Kristin Chenoweth on Friday December 31 at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. After that I’m go- ing to be shaking my lady parts with my friends in Huntington Beach at the all new Ibiza Bar and Night Club. There are some amazing surprises scheduled at Ibiza on New Years Eve, you don’t want to miss it! Once again, we come to the holiday season, a deeply religious time that each of us ob-

serves, in his own way, by going to the mall of his choice. I wish you and yours the happiest holiday season of all! And for those of you seeking a special someone this holiday season, please heed my advice, marry an orphan...you’ll never have to spend boring holidays with the in-laws.

Happy Holidays! ~Jizzona Straynger jizzona.com + Twitter: @Jizzona + Facebook: /jizzona
