Yerushah: leaving a legacy
BY BILL MUSTARD
how they would be remembered once they went to be with the Lord. Their deci- sions began to drive the choices they made about their legacy. They felt it was impor- tant to leave a legacy that represented what they believed and how they lived—espe- cially when it came to investing the resources that God gave them. They chose to leave a legacy that would live on long after they were gone. Jewish Voice knows many people are looking for a way to leave a lasting legacy, and we have a way for you to help your fam- ily and others recognize your intentions. Yerushah is a Hebrew word that means “building or leaving a legacy.” It implies the result of a deliberate course of action— not a casual or last-minute gift, but a pur- poseful and planned act that has results long into the future.

The days of the blameless are known to the LORD, and their inheritance will endure forever.

All of us want to do something that will make a difference and be remem- bered after we are gone. And we know the responsibility we have to set an example for our children and grandchildren, pass- ing on to them the importance of giving to meet the needs of others. Most of the things we accumulate will soon be forgot- ten, but the eternal investments we make in the lives of others endure forever. The Yerushah Heritage Society is a group of special friends of Jewish Voice who have committed to impacting the future by leaving a gift to support the min- istry as part of their estate planning. Their support of Jewish Voice reaches far into the future, meeting physical and spiritual needs of people around the world. By including support of Jewish Voice
in your will as a bequest, you are leaving a legacy for the future and increasing the work of the Kingdom around the world. For decades to come people will benefit from the investment you make. Jewish Voice is blessed to have a group of friends who have chosen to leave a gift in their will to further the ministry, as we continue to reach out to share the
Good News of Yeshua as Messiah to the lost.
We invite you to join the Yerushah
Heritage Society. To honor your commit- ment and gift, we will send you the beauti- ful Yerushah pin and a certificate you can frame to show every- one the commitment you have made to touch the future. We invite you to partner with us in this unique way today.
