REDUCTION IN THE BFPO SERVICES


T


he rationalisation of the BFPO postal provision will take place


over the next 12 months. Forces Post Offices will close at SHAPE, Brussels, Brunssum, Ramstein, Stavanger, Karup, Rome, Milan, Lisbon, Valencia and Norfolk VA. A receipt and despatch facility and a BFPO number will be retained to minimise the impact on proving status, banking and internet shopping. An e-Petition against these closures can be found on the No 10 website.
