opefully, you are aware that the Federation team has been conducting interactive workshops this year. We are
using hand-held voting pads, similar to those on that famous ‘Millionaire’ programme. All answers are given anonymously and everyone has an equal say.
The aim, as always, is to canvas your views on the RAF way of life. So what have those, who have participated so far, said? The graphs will hopefully give you a flavour, though bear in mind we asked many more questions than this and have not finished yet! A full report will be provided at the end of the workshop season.
The audiences have been family members, including partners, single parents, divorced and separated personnel and it has been illuminating to be able to ask some questions others could not/would not/should not ask!
