Company History Some 30 years ago, Gary Hersham took over a small business which managed the letting of properties in London's West End. In 1981 Penelope Court, now Head of Residential Sales in London, joined the company. The outstanding talents of Hersham and Court combined with hard work, exceptional personal contacts and a passion for providing the ultimate in personal service, has ensured Beauchamp Estates is now one of the major players in the world of prime central London Property.


The Cannes Launch Due to the ever increasing demand for properties in the south of France from their UK clientele, Beauchamp Estates teamed up with Jonathan Gray, CEO of luxury real estate agency JG Prestige, to partner in a new venture. In July 2007, Beauchamp Estates Cannes was officially launched and shortly afterwards, a brand new office occupying a superb location close to the Croisette Boulevard in Cannes was completed.
