Nordic Poles are very portable; you can take them with you on vacation, to work for a lunch hour walk, or on busi- ness trips. You can maintain your fitness schedule since you can bring Nordic Poles anywhere. NPW techniques are easy to learn and use. There are many advantages to getting outside and enjoy- ing the fresh air, and seeing the sites as you go along. There is no set time as you set your pace, your own stride, your own duration and the frequency of when you go out to enjoy this sport.
