eter Sidwell is back this month with a great and simple recipe of seaso- nal English asparagus soldiers dip- ped in a golden duck egg – heaven! Peter runs the Simply Good Taste café and cookery school in Keswick, and has a real flare for simple, tasty food – which is of course why we like him (plus he’s a nice lad). He is also in love with the Lake
District, and his Simply Good Taste – Great Food From the Lake District cook book has
