A week in May sees the return of the popular Cumbria Fishing Festival. Local food celebrations in Penrith
Café Oswald’s at Cranston’s in Penrith is putting on a number of Foodie Nights over the sum- mer. On May 28th, there’s a celebration of Cumbrian beef, including a three course dinner and a butchery demonstration by Philip Cranston. The evening starts with fizz and canapés at 7.15.
