35. Business combinations
On 14 April 2008 the Group acquired 100% of the share capital of the Charter Broadcast group of companies. The acquisition was satisfied by a total cash
consideration of £2,115,000. This purchase has been accounted for as an acquisition.
The fair value exercise has now been completed and no further adjustments to fair value have been made. The final fair values are as follows:
