There were no provisions in the Company (2008: £nil)
(i) Restructuring and reorganisation costs
These related to the provision for costs associated with the redeployment of personnel across the Group and for personnel costs from the relocation of operations
within the Avesco Group plc group of companies.
(ii) Onerous leases and dilapidations
Various leasehold properties within Avesco Group plc companies have been vacated. As a result provisions were made for ongoing rental costs and
dilapidations in respect of these properties. The Directors continue to review the levels of provision held, taking into account the expected periods to market and
assign the leases, and adjust the provision accordingly.
