26. Deferred income tax
Deferred income tax assets and liabilities are offset when there is a legally enforceable right to offset current tax assets against current tax liabilities and when
the deferred income taxes relate to the same fiscal authority.

An element of the total deferred tax assets are unrecognised due to uncertainties concerning the extent and timing of recoverability. These are dependent on the
generation of certain classes of taxable profits by the Group’s operations.
Deferred taxation assets have only been recognised for companies with a past history of profitability and financial projections that taxable profits are anticipated
to arise in the future.
