PURPOSE:
To promote academic excellence and
technical awareness, as well as provide
deserving NSBE Jr. members the op-
portunity to attend the Annual NSBE
National Convention.
ESSAY TOPIC: How can NSBE improve the global economy and reduce poverty worldwide,
using science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM)?
DEADLINE: December 4, 2009— Winners will be announced on December 14, 2009
ELIGIBILITY: PRIZE PACKAGE:
» Must be a paid NSBE Jr. member in good One winning student from each region will receive the
standing enrolled in grades 6 through 12 following:
» Must complete an application on NSBE Online
(NOL)
» Complimentary registration to the 2010 NSBE
» Must have GPA confirmed on NOL:
National Convention in Toronto, Canada
