TITLE: Context Sensitive Solution (CSS) - Transportation & Livability

Venue: NSBE Region 3 FRC in Atlanta, GA

Overview: This workshop will give an overview of CSS and discuss the how CSS is used in trans-
portation planning and design in the development of livable communities. The workshop will
also discuss the CSS initiative by the USDOT with collaboration by the FHWA, FTA and HUD; Dis-
cuss how special interest groups and organizations can get involved with promoting livable and
sustainable transportation in local communities and highlight existing projects as examples.
