Cityscape Initiatives
Cityscape Investor Relations
Cityscape recognises the unique needs of those institutional investors
for whom attending a branded global event is a must. In 2009, Cityscape
launched its dedicated Investor Relations team who are committed to
improving the investor experience across its portfolio of events and business-
information products to deliver valuable and informative experiences.
Recent initiatives include the highly successful Investor Round Tables, which
will be a focal point of this year’s Cityscape Dubai, with the investment
potential of regional and global markets such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi
Arabia, India, Asia and MENA versus global markets topping the agenda, as
well as insight into the hospitality and tourism sector.
Another exciting new launch is the City Leaders Forum, which will
bring together senior decision makers and local and regional leaders
from around the world to discuss issues such as sustainable urban
development in the current economic climate. The purpose of this
initiative is to create a platform for global cooperation and open dialogue,
sharing best practice and uniting cities.
Other investor-led initiatives being launched at Cityscape Dubai include a
CEO Lunch, Investor and Developer Reception, and Invest in India seminar.
By taking advantage of these closed, invitation-only forums, investors
can source exclusive, up-to-date information on global investment
opportunities, discuss and find solutions to common challenges, meet key
development and public sector partners and network with senior decision
makers from across the real estate industry.

Cityscape Connect
Cityscape Connect is a highly successful initiative launched by Cityscape
in 2009, with the aim of giving back to the local and regional real estate
communities in which it operates via an international series of not-for-
profit functions designed to stimulate networking and discussion of the key
issues affecting the real estate industry.
The functions take various forms including, but not limited to, business
breakfasts, golf tournaments and cocktail receptions. Each acts as a
platform to network, share information and understand the changing
market dynamics in order to increase levels of transparency, and hopefully
lessen the burden of the global crisis.
Cityscape Connect events provide timely updates and critical business
insight from industry leaders and market experts, as well as a high quality
networking platform for real estate professionals. They take place in key
global cities to tap into the unique local and regional issues at the heart of
Cityscape Dubai Strategic Advisory Board
the world’s most dynamic real estate markets.
Cityscape strives to ensure that it is meeting the needs of the communities
in which it operates by providing the latest market data and research,
