When The Eastern National Omnibus Co. Ltd. was sold to its
Management Team by NBC the assets were acquired on 23/12/86 by a
holding company entitled Westcliff-on-Sea Motor Services Ltd. From
whom The Eastern National Omnibus Co. Ltd. loaned the vehicles until
4/2/87 when a new company, Eastern National Ltd., was formed.
Eastern National Ltd. was acquired by Badgerline Holdings on 12/4/90
and part of FirstBus plc in 6/95 when Badgerline Holdings merged with GRT Holdings.
