Anthony Bamford, billionnaire boss of JCB, donated a £12,000 Rolex watch and a JCB digger for auction at this year’s fund-raiser. He has personally donated hundreds of thousands of pounds to individual Tory MPs. Additionally JCB Research has donated £1.4m during this Parliament
Peter Cruddas, City financier, boss of CMC markets has donated nearly £725,000 this Parliament
Lord Stanley Fink, former boss of hedge fund MAN has donated nearly £3m. He famously claimed that “everyone” was involved in tax avoidance, admitting that he used “vanilla” methods to cut down his bill

Mobile phone group Lycamobile has donated nearly £350,000. It has reportedly not earned enough to pay any corporation tax since 2007. Founder Subaskaran Allirajah, did have enough spare dosh to pay £210,000 for a bronze statue of Margaret Thatcher at that fund-raiser
Michael Spencer shared a table with Cameron at the fund-raiser. He’s an ex-Tory party treasurer worth £800m. His firm ICAP was fined £54m for its involvement in rigging the inter- bank loan market
