This restaurant, one of five locations, is specific to Southern California and prides itself on hospitality and service across the board. They even refer to their service as “Nick’s culture” while offering delicious and affordable food. The idea is to commit to innovating new foods while delivering memorable tastes and experiences. On the brunch menu, they offer a vivacious and popular Fried Chicken and Waffles with sausage gravy as well as Nueske’s bacon or a Grilled Asparagus Omelet with brie and mushrooms. To complete the meal, Nick’s offers their famous Bloody Marys made with Tito’s vodka and a fried blue cheese olive.
